Dils Stop .

Makeover sangat. We were renovating the kitchen this year and bilik air bawah masa bulan 2 dulu. Punye la lamaaa baru aku nak update..  It took around a month and half to siap. Dari masuk rumah tu we didnt do anything to the dry kitchen. We only added a wet kitchen at the back. Just some space to chop onions and cook, tapi tu lama dah. The dry kitchen we only ripped out some moldy cabinets and left some other moldy cabinets to be used. The old cabinets The back of the kitchen and our old meja makan. The meja makan set tu pon is actually from the old owners. You can see the pintu there that led out to the wet area of the kitchen. During the middle of renovation. You can see the sink there. We put it there initially masa first masuk rumah, then we decided to yank it away for this renovation sebab we hardly use it.  The floor tu it is not wood. Tiles actually. My husband nak tiles yang rupa wood tu. I ok je Rindu la Kurap. No moar kucing yang ...

Hari tu kekonon kan nak review. Domestic goddess sangat. Tapi alang2 ade free time ni sat, best jugak cerita my new favorite things in the kitchen ni.  Husband told that Tefal murah kat Turkmenistan and he bought me this sebab die tahu I detest frying things dan juga loser-ish untuk mengagak aku dah masak betul ke tak. Also I jugak ade perasaan yang amat bersalah bile tuang separuh botol minyak masak dalam kuali. Macam eiii.. berminyaknye.. eiii pembazirannye.  Model actifry sebagai comparison size Ni masa memula dapat ni, rambut Aziz pon banyak lagi. Fresh from the box. Besar dan berat actifry ni but this is the smaller size tak silap. Ade lagi besar. Takpela. Ni lagi memadai.  Sebab bukannye complicated device so ni short review je.  Operation : Put the pedal and pan in the actifry. Put in a teaspoon of oil around the pan or you can opt out of oil. Plug in.  Put in a timer or not how many minutes you want to fry stuffs. Tekan On. Let it do...

My house smells. Like really smells. I was baking on a Friday night and kept on getting distracted by the smell. Because I am a scaredy cat, I asked husband to look into all the drawers in the kitchen sebab I taknak kena assailed with the sight. No luck. We looked at the roof ( from upstairs bedroom and he said a cat poop on the roof) Durjana betul kucing tu. Tadek tempat lain kut. Memula I macam ok... maybe a poop smell. But then besok pagi tu bau tu naik sampai tingkat atas and told husband ini adalahh BAU BANGKAI. Only bau bangkai je bole merebak satu rumah macam ni. Husband found the source then. Die nampak dari drain yang kite orang turunkan hos washing machine tu, ade lalat banyak kat area situ. Our house at the back ni we renovated so it covered the whole back area. So the washing machine is inside, however the drain where we salurkan air will go to longkang. The longkang overlooks the back area which housed few strays. One of the cat had crawled in and either sick or trapp...

I bought an armchair last Saturday. Nothing expensive. From IKEA actually. I kinda hate having LOADS of IKEA products in the house, macam there is no other furniture place out there. But there is no arguing, many of IKEA products are nice, have a modern look, you can easily assembled it yourself (in my case easily assembled by my husband) and more importantly, affordable especially for a young starters in life. So IKEA it is. And, my husband love IKEA to bits. I did looked around a few places. I had my sight on some really lovely Urban Culture armchair yang sangat sleek and modern and lovely, tetapi I loathe to spend more than 1K on a piece of chair. Because basically, it is just a chair kan. While I do have the cash, I decided to also picked up some other things that is necessary to the house, so lain kali la aku beli mende-mende meraban mahal macam tu.  So on Friday aku pergi la kejab furniture window-shopping. Basically my furniture shopping is whizzing around the place to see...

Am really lazy today. Can't wait for the 3 days hols. Then no more public hols till May. Boo! Gotten  anemail on some impending works, and am afraid its gonna be more busy for me in a few days time, so better start blogging now, spewing some random stuffs out would work. I am feeling shaky all day too. Nothing to it, probably would be ok tomorrow. Had now move into the house. The kitchen is completed, I don't feel like showing pics because it just a place to cook and wash plates, and also a laundry area plus drying area plus kitties area. Want to see, come over to my house~! I can't cook (for people digestion, for my own I am fine with it) but at least I will have drinks. Speaking of kitties, last night was my first night at the house. I took the above title blog line from a Barney song, I might add. That song stays annoyingly in your head.  I did mentioned before our next project on the house improvement stuff is to paint the table. The previous owner left a drop-leaf table and some chairs. Because we are frugal (ran out of money after buying house) and my husband felt it is a shame to throw it away, we decided to keep it. However I do believe previously the table had been used as a homework table, hence the artwork and doodles that adorned the table. I could just imagine little tykes sitting on chair with multitudes of homework spread on the table and a mother watching from the kitchen or somewhere nearby making sure the tykes are sitting there doing their homework, while the said tykes are actually malevolently doodling on the table because they are missing out on some Ben 10.  So we sandpaper the table and chairs and my husband plastered the table I think, (I think) . Then we painted the table....

I remembered I used to love watching Home Improvement. Back then Jonathan T. Thomas was the thing. I remembered when buying Smash Hits, there is always a poster of him at the middle of the page. I think I was guilty of putting up his poster too. Hehehe. Then I saw him again in Veronica Mars and he does not change at all. Masih katik sebegitu. Dan suara macam itik. Ah well, so weird on how your tween or teen heartthrobs then seems to be so alien to you now and when you looked at them again in your 20s you will be like "OMG-DID-I-USED-TO-LIKE-EM". Though I do like to state here and now, I was never ever enamored by Devon Sawa , RIP. ( I meant Jonathan Brandis actually. Terrible mistake. Got both mixed up, and no I am also not enamored by Jonathan Brandis. Sorry Devon Sawa! ) Okeh, sudah melalut ke mende lain. Anyway, I told y'all we had paint the 'gerobok'/almari white.
